# Add,edit posts and pages error

 * ERROR:
    While trying to edit pages/posts, the “circle loader” symbol keeps rotating
   for a long while, after which an unknown internal server error is thrown(500).
   While trying to add new pages, the same error occurs while trying to load the
   post-new.php file. Info: I recently updated my wordpress blog to 3.4.1 from version
   3.3.1. The site runs on an IIS server and is able to display data. The site is
   able to show changes to data if manually updated via PHPMYADMIN. I have not tried
   to create new posts or pages via this method as I do not know the details.
 * Please suggest a course of action.

 * Resolved, it was the permissions. App pool has to be set to write on the folder.
