Added the code, message still appearing

    WPLANG has been removed for latest version of wp, I need to opdate the documentation. Do not add at the end of the file, it’s too late. You should find a comment in that file which indicates where to modification should end.

    For example after the define(‘DB_COLLATE’, ”);
