First off i'd like to say that this is such a nice plugin and work has been appreciated!

Alright. Here's the real thing. I got this issue where whenever I add the three new fields (Form) in my custom template (pdf extended templates) it causes the form to be stuck (won't proceed to the confirmation page). Entry has been created, yes, but it won't go through the process of generating the pdf and attach it to a notification to admin.

There's no problem if I rid of the variable (form_data) of the three new fields but I just need them to show up in the pdf.

Alright. So I tried searching for the answer on google based on the displayed error and fortunately I got it working again by adding padding in the CSS (template.css). I guess the markup just need to be properly set the padding or margin so it won’t exceed the max width.
