/#!/ added at the end of any URL

    For the past few weeks, I have noticed that on every page of my website this string is added to the end of any URL: “#!/” (e.g.: https://zeninthecity.org/#!/).
    I tried to disable all the plugins, but actually, if I change the theme, the problem disappears.
    Does anyone have an idea about this?
