    I will look into this.

I am not able to reproduce this issue. I use this part of MaxGalleria on a weekly basis so I would know if it was consistently failing. Perhaps there is a conflict on the site with another plugin. You could try deactivating as many plugins as possible and then try editing the meta data. If it the data is saved correctly then you can reactivate the plugins one at a time while testing the saving of meta data each time to discover which plugin may be causing this issue.

Thanks Alan. I added a single photo without incident, and the meta data remained intact as well. Seems to be multiple images being added at the same time that doesn’t seem to keep all meta data entered. Also, the Edit ‘circle’ button is still showing the F303 code instead of the edit font-icon. But things are working now in the end after manually/individually adding new images to the gallery, so I will not go back in and continue to see if I can find the conflict for now, unless you would like me to do so?

If you do wish to investigate further that is fine with me. I do not know why you would be receive a F303 error other than there could be another plugin that loads font awesome on your site.

OK, added a new image (single) to the gallery. Edited its data in Edit Image window (of which its button still has “F303” in the place of the Edit fonticon), and clicked Save Changes. No edit remained intact.
What did work last time (as a workaround) was to go to the Media file directly and enter the: Title, Alt Text and Description. I have done that now for the last image on that page.
Let me know what you need from me.

If you can visit the MaxGalleria->Support page on your site, highlight and copy the system information and paste it into an email which you can send to alan@maxfoundry.com, I will take a look to see if I can determine if any of your plugins are conflicting with MaxGalleria.

    Thanks – will do.

I’ve donwloaded and testws all the available free plugins and the Make theme and none of them are causing this issue.

OK… does that mean it is something amiss within MaxGalleria then? Or are you saying you’ve isolated it to potentially being a premium plugin conflict?

It means that I cannot reproduce the issue. If the issue could be reproduced, then it may be possible to fix it.
