Add_action in plugin

Hello everyone,

I have created my own plugin which has a options setting page in admin panel…
Here’s the code of the options page:

My little and simple issue is about showing the message admin_notify to notify the user that options are saved which it doesn’t appear.
I put, as you can see in the code, some debug to text files and all them three text files are created and written.
Do you have any idea about why it doesn’t appear the message notification with admin_notices ?

Thanks to everyone in advance but I’m really stuck on this step.
