Add Your Social Sites To bottom of Post. Possible?

    Hi I was wondering if anybody knew of a plugin that allows you to add your social sites like facebook, pownce, digg and the rest of them to the bottom of each post or the sidebar. I searched and the only thing that came close was the socialize me plugin. It doesn’t add them to the bottom of the post though. Anybody got any suggestions?
