    Hmmmm….
    This plugin for sure not.
Archive Pro Matic, also not, but we might be able to add this feature, depending on when you need it by.

Will you use this in the sidebar, or as a shortcode on a post or page?
Have you thought about how long this list will grow, as you are listing every post?
    and so on, and on…

I’ll use it as a shortcode on a page. I’d like to have an archive page that allows people to browse through all my posts per year and then per month, but with the actual posts all on that page (thus not, for example, with a lists of months that are links and that then link through to another page that holds all the posts of that month).

As I have a lot of posts,it would probably become too long of a page, so I was thinking of either an option where the months “fold open” into the posts, or a list of years with months and then the months would be links that lead to a page with the post of that month, but that would kind of cancel out the strength of having all the posts on the archive page.

The idea is to give all of the posts some juice by having them on an archive page and linking to the archive from the menu.

If by ‘juice’ you are referring to SEO, then you could show all the items anyway. If you intend to have people use it, then you could incorporate a accordion feature, but not one that loads the content dynamically (via ajax, for example). The pro of this is that it is both SEO and human friendly. The down side is a) slower page load and b) if you have many links, the collapse elements might show expanded until the page completely loads.

regardless, it’s a custom application that is beyond the scope of this plugin.
You would be able to incorporate such a feature within a page template.

    Good Luck!

Yup, accordion is what I’d need, I think.
    Thanks for the insights Baden.
