# Adds WPForms without asking!

   no-go!

 * Thank you for the feedback, and sorry for the frustration.
 * The WPForms plugin isn’t bundled or installed automatically with WP Mail SMTP.
   It only appears as an optional install inside our [Setup Wizard](https://wpmailsmtp.com/docs/how-to-use-the-wp-mail-smtp-setup-wizard/),
   and only gets added if that [specific checkbox is selected](https://a.supportally.com/i/mPKBRr)
   during setup. If it landed on your site, it means it was checked (sometimes easy
   to miss) rather than installed without consent.
 * You can safely deactivate and delete WPForms from Plugins if you don’t need it–
   it won’t affect WP Mail SMTP’s functionality.
 * We’ll keep looking at ways to make that step clearer in the Setup Wizard, so 
   this is less confusing going forward.
