    It sounds like you are trying to upload a file to your site via FTP, and then add that file to a downloadable product in WooCommerce. Did I understand that correctly?

    If so, you can achieve that with WooCommerce indeed. After you upload the file to the site via FTP, you’ll want to copy the directory of the file, and add that URL to the File URL field of the product configuration:

    If this is not what you meant and I misunderstood your question, please feel free to share more details about what you are intending to achieve.

    Yes, you understand
    I’m familiar with the solution you said
    But I use the dokan plugin and upload it to Woocams when the seller uploads his digital file.

    I’m not familiar with either of these two plugins you mention (Dokan and WooCams), so I’m having a hard time understanding what you are trying to achieve.

    Can you share more details about your setup and your goal?

    The uploads that we upload to Woocommerce’s virtual and download section go to the following directory
    /wp-content/uploads/woocommerce_uploads/
    I want to upload to ftp
    Resolving this issue will solve the issue of adding multiple vendors to Woocommerce and other plugins

    Needless to say, I don’t want to manually upload the file to ftp and link it to Woocommrce

    thank you

    @rahmatmajidi,

    I’m afraid I don’t understand what you’re trying to do here.

    You mention that you don’t want to manually upload a file via FTP and then link it to WooCommerce, however, you haven’t explained exactly what you’re trying to do here and what you’re looking to achieve.

    Can you provide a clear explanation that helps us understand what you’re trying to do?
