    Hello,

Is there some way that the VAT number can be added to an invoice before the subtotal number?

    Kind regards

    Hello @uwd,

Do you mean VAT number (of a user) or the VAT amount? Your title and description are mentioning 2 different things. 🙂

I think this documentation link will be of interest to you: https://docs.wpovernight.com/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/using-the-customizer/
The 2nd image on this page is of relevance to you as it demonstrates the VAT block. 🙂

    Hello @dpeyou ,

Sorry, I meant the VAT amount, can this be added before the subtotal?

    Kind regards

    Hi @uwd,

With our free main plugin, you can display the VAT amount before the total, by going to WordPress > Tax, and select the Excluding tax option for the Display prices during cart and checkout setting.

If you want to be able to customize the PDF documents further, you have to get the Premium Templates extension, which include the customizer, a tool that allows you to tailor the item columns, the total rows, and add custom data from the order using custom blocks.

Please note that, since the rules for the WordPress.org forums doesn’t allow us providing premium support or answering pre-sale questions for paid plugins, please contact us by email to support@wpovernight.com, if you have further questions.
