add user to event

Hello,

is it possible to add user from the backend to event as admin? I have a lot of events and aprox. 1k User to add to different events and it is troublesome to login with every user and book a event, i need a solution in the backend with a dropdown field or similar to add user to a specific event, thanks for your help.
