Add Update or Save button to Add Media lightbox

    When you select Add Media to a post or page you get a lightbox where you can select a media item, you then get the option to change what categories or other taxonomies are selected, but there is then no way to save the changes you make to what taxonomies are selected.

    How can I enable a save or update button to make changes take effect?

    Thanks for your report, and especially for including a link to the video; very helpful.

    The “lightbox” you mentioned is the Media Manager Modal (popup) Window. The toolbar controls and the taxonomy areas of the Attachment Details pane do not look like those that MLA adds to the MMMW. They look like they come from the Enhanced Media Library plugin; is that right?

    On my system, both MLA and EML automatically save term assignments; no explicit update/save button is required.

    Your system looks like several plugins are active as well as the Divi Page Builder. You can try disabling some of them to rule out interference. In particular, you can temporarily disable EML and see of MLA’s taxonomy support works for you. You can also start a topic in the EML support forum for the term assignment failure.

    At this point I do not see how MLA is involved with the issue. I will leave this topic open in case you can provide any additional information that will help me investigate further. Thanks for your interest in MLA.
