Now that you have the custom fields feature, i would like to upload a csv file that will update each photo with unique information for their custom fields. The data I want to upload is different for each photo that i have in wppa.

Is there a fast and efficient way to upload unique data so that it goes into each file name’s custom field?

Does wppa use SQlite? (if so perhaps i could just add the data to each file name in new columns there?

wppa uses MySql, the data is in table wp_wppa_photos in the same database as your wp pages and settings.

The custom data field is a serialized array of 10 elements, so it is hardly possible to import it that way.

If you can send me a short ( say for 10 photos ) csv file and a description of what you want, i can see if i can write a php program for you to do this job.

I can implement it as a standard – supported – feature. Tjhis will take approx a week. Can you live with that?
