Add underline to h1.hestia-title

    I’m trying to add a underline to the main title
    if i inspect the page in browser and add a line

    text-decoration: underline;
    text-decoration-color: red;

    in section: .carousel h1.hestia-title, .carousel h2.title {

    it works. but when i add it in style.css, and reload the page still not work in any browser.

    I added your code in the Additional CSS section within the Customizer and it worked for me, as you can see here. Please try to add the code in the Additional CSS section within the Customizer.
