Add tracking not working with DIVI

    Adding shipping information no longer works either on the order edit page or on the order list.
    When I click on the button to add order information, nothing happens, the add window doesn’t open.
    This happens with Divi theme version 4.22.2

    By activating Twenty Twenty-Two, everything works perfectly.

    What can I do?

    Hi @wordjean,

    Could you please examine the browser console for any jQuery errors when clicking the button on both the orders list and the order editing page?

    Here’s a screenshot of the console on the order list page. When the button is clicked, no additional message is displayed.

    And here’s the one on an order page. The last two lines appeared when the button was clicked.

    Hi @wordjean,

    We’ve thoroughly tested the Add Tracking functionality with the Divi theme, and we couldn’t replicate any issues with it.

    To further investigate and ensure compatibility, could you please try deactivating all other plugins except AST and WooCommerce, and then check the functionality again? This will help us pinpoint any potential conflicts and provide you with a more accurate solution.

    Thank you for your support.

    Everything works with a Boutique manager account, but not with the administrator account.

    After several tests, it’s the child theme that’s at fault, but I can’t work out exactly what’s blocking it.

    With Divi version 4.23.1 everything works again.
