    Can you provide the URL you are testing?
    Also, if your familiar and using Chrome, go to Developer Tools->Console and check for any javascript errors.

    Hi this happens to any link I post – I simply copy and pasted it into the URL field.

    I am using Internet Explorer v10 (not Chrome).

    I’m trying to speak to a person by submitting a ticket through your website, but it’s not letting me do this.

    We have pushed out an update version of the plugin 3.2.1 that should resolve this issue.
