Add To Home Screen Prompt Not Appearing

Hello the add to home screen prompt is not appearing phones that I have tried it on. It does appear if someone specifically downloads the brave browser app and uses that but not otherwise? Why is that?

I have noticed problems occur with uninstalling and reinstalling as well as when files left behind when uninstalled which leaves a security plugin sending me loads of emails of a non existing I works pwa file attempting to be accessed. Does this have something to do with why it doesn’t work and is temperamental if Its been uninstalled ever before?

Is there a way I can fix this? Its really good and I really want to get it to work.
