Add to home screen popup not showing

Hi Team,

We are using your plugin and have cross checked the settings. Everything seems to be perfectly fine but still not seeing the “Add to home screen” popup on mobile.

Can you please check and advise what could be the reason?

We checked and it seems that service worker is perfectly being installed on your site. The issue is with App Icon image which you have set for the add to home banner. It should be 192*192 png format and App Splash Screen Icon should be 512*512 png format. ( https://prnt.sc/mje21a )

@sanjeevsetu The “Add to home screen” popup appear only for AMP pages, not for normal website, I’ve checked by deactivating all the other plugins.

Can you confirm. From where this manifest is coming ( https://prnt.sc/mkvete, https://inc42.com/wp-content/themes/inc42/manifest.json ). Actually, This manifest has conflict with our pwa-manifest.

This manifest is coming from the theme, We’ve integrated Clevertap on the site and this manifest is required for Clevertapn notifications.

But, This manifest and PWA manifest both have different paths.

Thank you so much for the details. We have raised a ticket related to conflict with Clevertap. We will soon make it compatible with Clevertap. You can track here ( https://github.com/ahmedkaludi/pwa-for-wp/issues/82 )

Sorry for delay in response.

Can you add that manifest.json file as the way it should come below the pwa-manifest.josn file in header section. (https://prnt.sc/mkvete ) than both will work fine.
