Seems like you have uploaded the wrong image size for both Application Icon and Splash screen.
As for PWA to work perfectly the Application Icon image size should be 192*192px in PNG format and for Splash screen the image should be 512*512px in PNG format. Hope you’ll re-upload it with the correct image sizes.
Yap! I realize the mistake and uploaded the icons in right sizes. Now it’s working. Is the plugin uses cookie? I have tested in my mobile and the popup shown for first time & I have installed it. After that the popup is not showing. Is it will not show after installing the app?

At the Browser’s point of view if a user uninstall an app, that means he’s not interested with the app. So again prompting the Add to Homescreen notice will feel user a bad experience. In this case either the user need to clear the browsing data or otherwise the prompt will occur after 3 months.
