    This does not appear to me working for me. I have read the documents and checked the settings. Any ideas on what I might be missing?

    cleared cache on server and Android phone and no dialog box to “add to Home Screen” http://www.omarkoza.com

    Can you please give it a try by deactivating the plugins one by one on your site and let me know back the response?
