Hi @koajoa
Can you please clear the browsing data and cache on your Galaxy Note 10+ (Chrome) and test it again?
Over iOS you cannot notice an Add to Homescreen at this moment as iOS didn’t have a native prompt support.
Looking forward.

@josevarghese Yes, I have cleared the browsing data and cache on all browsers and all phones.
Can you please let me know what you are seeing, when you click on the menu of the chrome browser (over your android device). Is it something like “Add to HomeScreen”? And once clicking on it, are you seeing a prompt where you cannot edit the text?
Looking forward.

@josevarghese I’m just going to uninstall this plugin as I’ve asked more than 10 friends to test it on their phones and browsers as well. If 10+ people don’t see it, chances are, most of my customers won’t see it either.
Issue was due to the caching of service worker file and it’s resolved by working with the user.
If you notice any issues, kindly do let us know.

@josevarghese Jose was very helpful and helped me through everything via my website’s live chat. I was very surprised that he took that much effort on trying to help and did not give up on me. He ended up going to bed after 5 in the morning but he knew exactly what the issue was and walked me through step by step. For those who’s using WP Rocket and Cloudflare for CDN, just include the js file on WP Rocket’s Javascript exclusion list and clear cache on WP Rocket. Then Login directly onto Cloudflare and clear cache by clicking on “Purge Everything” so that the js file displays updated one. Thank you so much Jose!
Thanks a lot for the kind words 🙂
