    Hello,

I have downloaded the Registration Magic plugin to manage my registration forms. I have 4 forms. Athlete Registration, Coach Registration, Athlete Update Profile, Coach Update Profile. All of the fields that I added to the form are written either to wp_users or wp_usermeta. What Im looking for is to write or update the information in a custom table called searchtable. I want to have a search anything field on the form that will search any coach or athlete (or other attributes like teams, etc). So my thought would be to have the search table constructed like this:
    id – Primary Key
searchkey – (concat of last name, first name of athlete or coach, team name, college name, etc) This would come from each of the registration screens I have for the athlete and coach and from other forms I have for teams or colleges.
search type – Athlete, coach, team, etc
FileID – pointer to wp_users id or teams id or college id, etc.

Im very very new to wordpress and I dont know how to find the php that the user form is calling. Does RM have hooks to write to other tables? I wanted to maybe use a hidden field but it looks like I can only default a value not build it from existing fields on the screen.

    Thoughts?

    Thanks
    Ray

You may want to use ‘rm_user_registered’ hook that will allow you to save any data related to user submissions into custom tables.
