    Hi

    I moved from Siteground Shared to Cloud hosting. Now the Add to Cart buttons don’t work (Woocommerce) – this only happens when Wordfence is enabled. Wordfence is currently disabled so the page works.

    Any ideas? I tried setting settings to default and also disabled the firewall whilst plugin was enabled but no luck.

    Hi @stevethebartender,

    Did you try putting the firewall into Learning Mode and performing the Add to Cart actions, both logged in as an admin and logged out as a visitor? The firewall may be thinking the Add to Cart action isn’t appropriate and be blocking it. Learning Mode allows the firewall to adjust to tasks and actions that will be commonly performed on your site.

    You can enable Learning Mode by going to Wordfence > Firewall > All Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status > Learning Mode

    Please let us know if this fixes the problem!
