I can understand that you are having some issues with your Cart page when the plugin is activated. However, I have checked the Cart page of WooCommerce, keeping the WP-Fundraising plugin activated, and noticed that the Product is getting added to the cart without any delay. I don’t have to refresh the Cart to see what is added to my cart. rest I can assure you that, the WP-Fundraising plugin isn’t conflicting with any of the components of the WooCommerce plugin.
There is a possibility that the issue you are having can happen due to the caches stored in your system. If the Caching mechanism is enabled, will you please try clearing the caches from your site and browser as well? I hope that will help.
If that doesn’t help, then kindly share the steps to reproduce the issue. If you can share some screenshots or a video mentioning the issue, that will be highly appreciated. I will check everything properly and will get back to you with an update as soon as possible.
