Add to cart only for logged user with admin or redactor role

Hi there,

i have an issue with add to cart button.

When is user not logged after click on add to cart button is page refreshed but cofigured product is not added in to the cart.

When is user logged as visitor/customer is the same problem.

When is user logged as admin/redactor add to cart is working..

(other normal product working normaly)

Where is the problem please?

Hi Jan,

It’s hard to tell like without seeing the product, so could you by any chance share the link?

It could be a JavaScript error, if you’re using a plugin that minifies JS for example, which is bypassed when logged in.

Plugins such as WP-Optimize / Autoptimize / WP-Rocket and the likes do this.

You can check your browser console to see if there are any JavaScript errors when not logged in.

but now you just need to register to see the configuration button

I registered and did a quick test, and the product was added to the cart without issue:

Not sure why it’s not working for you?

By the way, I like the design you’ve done! 🙂

Thank you Marc, yes, when you are registered and logged in it is working…

But if you are not logged in, add to cart is not working 🙂 try it 🙂

It worked for me before.. 🙂

Where can I test that though? The link you sent requires to be registered to customize / add to cart?
