Hello there,

in our Shop, we currently have the Problem, that our entered Settings on the Product page are not submitted to the cart/checkout? I have already disabled the ajax add to cart but it still not working.
We are using the Flatsome Theme.

Hello,

I have the same problem. After completing the fields and adding them to the cart, I don’t see the completed answers. Not in the cart and not in the order.

you need to disable your ajax add to cart feature.

Hi @triple-interactive,

I can see, ajax feature is still enabled and I see this is because of theme. You need to disable this inside theme.
