Add to cart no longer works !

I updated my theme and theme database, but now all my add to carts have zero options in the drop down. This is an urgent and fatal error !

The old ‘add to cart’ widgets work fine, but they all lack the essential customisable options that the new “the7 add to cart” widget provides.

I have no idea what to do! Is this a database error ? Why does “old the7 add to cart” work fine, but the new one doesn’t?
