  • I added ticketing to an event in My Calendar. It shows up in the popup but when I hit add to cart, nothing happens.

  • It most likely has added the ticket to the cart, but the plugin does not go directly to the checkout by default. You should see a link “View Cart”. In order to go directly to your checkout after adding tickets you will need to add a snippet of code as a plugin. I use it on my site and it works perfectly. I don’t remember the link to the code snipet, but you could try searching or browsing the forum here for “Redirect to checkout after Add to Cart> I’d post the code, but I’m not sure Joe would want me to do that, afterall the snippet is located at a different site and I was sent a link. However, if you’ll pm me I can attach my php file to you.
