Secondly, please share your Breeze settings, and also verify that the following pages are excluded in the breeze-config file:

I am add not working

excluded in the breeze-config file its Already exist
so add to cart not works so must be never url all products page caching
and when go home page cart empty so to works
must be never url home page caching
I test caching plugin 2 site same issue
when deactive works fine
so works only 2 the solution ( deactive , never url caching product/.* and homepage )
I used wocommerce and elemntor
