Hello. I have had installed and activated Godaddy plugin. I am working slowly to determine how I want to set up the theme with the GD products. I decided to take a look at the cart by clicking of the add to cart button but.. the “redirect” does not connect and thus all I see is a spinning icon. I call support and they were not able to help. Their comment was that I should have installed the plugin before “any” other plugin. I also deactived and cleared that cache on all plugins “except” the gd plugin. My domain is hosted on a dedicated server and I have an ssl. However the ssl is only on the domain and the ip is “shared” could this be the issue. Do I have to have a dedicated ip when the cart actually resides at secureserver.net?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi Steve,
Will you let me know what browser you are using? I tested your site with Chrome browser and the product added to cart for me. I have found that some browser security settings and also browser Ad Blocking plugins are preventing the plugin from writing the proper cookies.

Each browser is a little different, for example, if you are using safari check your Settings if ‘Block All Cookies’ is turned on.

Good morning bfocht. Thank you for your comment. I received an update for the plugin and it appears to be working fine now. Not sure what happened there.

I was using Chrome. It may be that having a dozen tabs opened.. it caused a problem. I also cleared the cache and restarted the work station.

    Regards,
