“Add to Cart” button does not work

Dear support team, I have installed your plugin to test local. Unfortunately I have the problem that the button (Add to cart) does not work.

The error message below follows.

Is it also possible to bring the customer directly to the checkout page without first going to the shopping cart?

Hi,
We are sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the error is coming from your theme.

You can verify this by changing your theme to a default one (Note that changing the theme can remove your personalization). Try troubleshooting with Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.

Hi,
The features of this plugin are amazing.

I have disabled all plugins but Add to cart doesn’t work on Woodmart Theme

Thanks for your patience. We have successfully tested PVT with the Woodmart theme.

Unfortunately, didn’t find any issue with the WoodMart theme. During tests, we recorded the screen. Please check this screencast.
