    Hi,

When I click the “Add to Cart” button all it does is add the item to the shopping cart widget. The only way I can get to the check out page is to go through the widget.

Shouldn’t the “Add to Cart” button also take you to the checkout page with a link back to the store to keep shopping or one to continue checkout? I’m not sure if I am missing something or if this is just how it is set up?

    Thanks,

    Carlie

    Hi @carcar1313

I find it quite annoying if I’m on an ecommerce website and want to buy multiple items, and every time I clicked “Add to cart” it takes me to the checkout and I then have to go back and find the next item again.

I don’t think this is an editable option, I’ve certainly never seen it. However, you could add a ‘Go to Checkout’ button somewhere that links straight to /shopping-cart/ or whatever you have renamed your cart as.

That way the customer gets the best of both worlds.
