Is there a way to add an add to cart button to create a list of selected products to be printed as an invoice without using a payment gateway like paypal?

I want a more personal buyer/seller experience than an automated cart.

Are you using an e-commerce plugin? Plugins like WooCommerce or MarketPress, to name just a couple, have cart features built in.

I’ve been exploring zen cart (not on wordpress obviously) and a few others for wordpress.

The problem is I have like 4,000 individual products whereas if I can just add a post with an image of one catalog page with 3 or or more products on it, then add 3 or more add to cart buttons on the same post (one for each product) it would greatly simplify building a catalog store front.

Just something to build a list rather that could be printed or emailed as a file, than the buyer writing down each product code and emailing it or calling in with no list.
