Add to Cart and Product List Clicks not tracking after update

The Add to Cart and Product List Clicks stopped tracking when I updated the plugin on January 31. I was hoping with last week’s plugin update it would start tracking again, but it still doesn’t track. The Product Checkout and Unique Purchases still track, it just the Add To Cart and Product List Clicks not working. I’ve been using the plugin for a few years, never an issue until recently. Can you please help?

Hello @blueazure000,

Have you tried checking the plugin settings? Perhaps the add-to-cart events are disabled.

Could you also share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

I can see there are 3 tracking tags on your site. I suspect the other two are from the plugins below, please try disabling them.

Also, your cart page is not controlled by WooCommerce. To fix this, create a new page, add this shortcode to it [woocommerce_cart] then navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Advance and set it as the new cart page.

If both suggestions didn’t help, then you might need to get in touch with your theme author to help you update the outdated WooCommerce templates.

Hi, thank you for your assistance. I figured out how to fix it. I disabled some of the Enhanced Ecommerce options, enabling just the ones I really need and it now works. Perhaps there’s some sort of compatibility issue with my theme or a plugin, I’m not sure.

Here’s a screenshot of the settings that work for tracking Add to cart, Product List Clicks, Checkout and Unique Purchase. When all options are enabled, only the checkouts and unique purchases are tracked (Add to Cart and Product List Clicks stop tracking since January 31).
