Add to cart ajax not working in theme file

hey, I have woocommerce website with astra theme (running elementor builder as well), there is some problem with ajax adding to cart button (it works from home page where built with elementor), but doesnt work from single page add to cart button.
I have installed cartpops, and it shows loading after clicking add to cart but the product does not appear in the cart. I see an error:
error:missing fragments and cart hash. Double check if you have woocommerce fragments enabled.

The issue persists with other themes as well, all plugins and themes are up to date.
