add to cart

Hi I have a web site http://customcoatingswest.com/shop/precut-film/precut-window-tint/ that I can send to cart the price when it is selected but I can not get the vehicle model/year to transfer to the cart. Any ideas on how to get it to work will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Forrest
