add Table of Contents Plus to Math Rank

Is this something you are willing to do?

The Math Rank SEO plugin doesn’t recognize Table of Contents Plus. I asked them why it wasn’t seeing TOC+ and they said to ask your ToC plugin provided to add it to their plugin. They said Math Rank recognizes the TOC plugins below.
