 * In Appearance -> Menus, there are two tabs:
 * Edit Menus (/wp-admin/nav-menus.php) and Manage Locations (/wp-admin/nav-menus.
   php?action=locations)
 * For a plugin I’m developing, I want to add a third tab, but I can’t find the
   way to create it. Can you tell me if there is any way to do it?
 * Thanks

 * Unfortunately, this is not possible. Have a look at the source code for the tabs
   there:
    [https://github.com/WordPress/WordPress/blob/master/wp-admin/nav-menus.php#L708](https://github.com/WordPress/WordPress/blob/master/wp-admin/nav-menus.php#L708)
 * There is no way to add anything there.
 * If you want that as a possibility, create a ticket in trac: [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/newticket](https://core.trac.wordpress.org/newticket)

 * Yes I see it, a very heavy code. I’ll ask for it and see if I have any luck.
   Thanks

 * I have seen on [https://wordpress.org/support/article/appearance-menus-screen/](https://wordpress.org/support/article/appearance-menus-screen/)
   that this screen is replaced by a navigation block, so I won’t bother requesting
   a change.
 * By the way, I’ve tried creating a menu with the new block and it’s a nightmare.
   It has a lot of room for improvement.
 * Cheers.
