Add support for ed25519 keys

    Hi,

    I wanted to use a ssh ed25519 encrypted key for a sftp backup, when I realised it’s not supported by updraftplus. Updraft claims it’s an invalid format.

    Would it be possible to add support for ed25519? It provide more secure and faster ssh accesss.

    I am getting this error when trying to perform a backup: PHP Fatal Exception error (phpseclib3\Exception\UnsupportedAlgorithmException) has occurred during test_storage_settings subaction. Error Message: Ed25519 only supports sha512 as a hash (Code: 0, line 458 in /…/wp-content/plugins/wp-all-import-pro/vendor/phpseclib/phpseclib/phpseclib/Crypt/EC.php)

    So, it won’t let me do a backup. Any thoughts on how to resolve? Thank you.

    Any update on this? I’m using php 7.4, and some things a preventing me from updating to 8.1 Is this the reason why it’s not working?
