  • Hi

    I wonder if anyone have a solution to get a sticky post as a headline under category like in Twenty Eleven Theme Extension for home page?

    I have created a new sub-page for a certain category and if I add in a sticky post under this category I want this to be showned up under this new sub-page and only with the title and the extra text we get from the plugin Theme extension.

    You’ll probably need to delve into multiple Loops via a child theme to achieve this.

    Yeah I know that but I really need help to get this code if any one have that. I have already a child theme so thats not the problem….

    The code I have right now:

    Template Name: Page Of Posts
    // if you are not using this in a child of Twenty Eleven, you need to replicate the html structure of your own theme.
    get_header(); ?>
    <div id="primary">
    <div id="content" role="main">
    $paged = (get_query_var('paged')) ? get_query_var('paged') : 1;
    $args= array(
    	'category_name' => 'Medlems-area', // Change these category SLUGS to suit your use.
    	'paged' => $paged
    if( have_posts() ) :?>
    <?php twentyeleven_content_nav( 'nav-above' );?>
    <?php echo '<strong>OBS!</strong><div class="entry-content"><p> Medlems-Arean listar här samtliga låsta inlägg som endast vi medlemmar kan accessa, övriga allmänna inlägg kan ses som vanligt under Blogg och utan att vara inloggad.</p></div>
    <hr style="height: 1px;" size="1" />'; ?>
    <?php while ( have_posts() ) : the_post(); ?>
    <?php get_template_part( 'content', get_post_format() ); ?>
    <?php endwhile; ?>
    <?php twentyeleven_content_nav( 'nav-below' ); ?>
    <?php else : ?>
    <article id="post-0" class="post no-results not-found">
    <header class="entry-header">
    <h1 class="entry-title"><?php _e( 'Nothing Found', 'twentyeleven' ); ?></h1>
    </header><!-- .entry-header -->
    <div class="entry-content">
    <p><?php _e( 'Apologies, but no results were found for the requested archive. Perhaps searching will help find a related post.', 'twentyeleven' ); ?></p>
    <?php get_search_form(); ?>
    <?php endif; ?>
    <?php get_sidebar(); ?>
    <?php get_footer(); ?>

    I have tested to set in a new while loop but I get a white page then so question is which code I need and where..
