Add slider in homepage

Where are you wanting the slider to show up?

Our GP Hooks add-on allows you to add this code into your chosen hook so you don’t have to edit any core files – worth checking out.

The easiest option is GP Hooks – or the Page Header add-on if you only want it on one page.

You’ll want to hook into the “generate_after_header” hook.

You can add your PHP using a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/code-snippets/

Doing it this way (as opposed to editing the core files) will ensure the slider won’t be removed when you update the theme.

You can wrap your code in a conditional (http://codex.wordpress.org/Conditional_Tags).

For the homepage, you’ll want to do this:
