Add shipping to my Elex Product Feed for Google Merchant Services

    I’m not understanding how to get the shipping fields to show in the feed. I assume it should look like this:
    <g:shipping>
    <g:country>US</g:country>
    <g:price>6.49 USD</g:price>
    </g:shipping>
    To map the attribute for the country, I’d like to just add the text “US”, and for it to pull the price from my shipping price product field. Here’s what my Map Attributes page looks like:

    But it won’t populate the feed. Here’s what my feed looks like:
