Add select box on City field & Calc Shipping Cost based City

    Hello Everyone.
    WP : version 3.5.1
    WC : Version 2.0.1

    I am Indonesian. My friend create plugin to extend WC (woo commerce) shipping method for used in My Country. Because He busy and not maintenance his plug in, I have plan to custom his plugin.

    In WC version 2. Woo has added all of the provinces of Indonesia. Because many Shipping service in my country calc shipping cost based on city.
    I plan add option city (look figure 1). (change text field to select box like ) and add function calc shipping cost based on city.
