Add second rotating image to header

  • Is there a way to add a second image to the header?

I would like to add one to a site I’m building below the navigation. Here’s the site: http://victoriaposthuma.com

I would also like it to randomly select images from a directory as can be done in the WordPress administration for the header.

I am also using the K2 theme.

  • That would just need to be coded into the “header.php” file of your template.

    How would you do that?

There’s a plugin called Header Image Rotator. You upload it to your plugins directory. And then activate it, setting the rotation times. Then in your wp-content folder, you make a new folder called /header-images. This is where you will put all the images you want to use for your rotating headers. I use this plugin and like it.
