Add search bar to menu and align

Hi,

Add below CSS code by going to Appearance > Customize > Theme Options -> Theme General Options, paste the code in Custom CSS box and save the changes.

#searchform .form-control {
    height: 40px;
}
.astm-search-menu .input-group {
    margin-top: 0;
    margin-bottom: 0;
}
