There is no built-in option to show the sale price with the regular price in WooCommerce email templates. Please note that our plugin lets you customize texts/styles for the core WooCommerce email templates but the order details function is still largely based on the WooCommerce plugin functions.
For you to achieve this, you may need to override the kadence-woocommerce-email-designer/templates/woo/emails/email-order-items.php file within your child theme and follow the custom code from this support thread.
If you are not too familiar with doing these steps, I would suggest getting help from a developer so they can do the override themselves.

We can’t offer developer services for support. I don’t suggest you override templates unless you know what you are doing or have hired someone that can manage the custom code for you.
Again to be clear from what Karla wrote above this is out of scope for our plugin.
