Add "remove generator" from head -feature request

You’ve got some nice features to remove RSD links etc in the “clean up the head section” – any chance of adding a “remove generator” tag – for securioty its better to remove the reference to WordPress.

I can do it another way, but it would be useful to be able to just check a box.
