Add, rearrange or remove actions

    Hello and trust my message meets you well!

    I have been trying to rearrange the single property page
    but have not been successful so far.

    Please, guide me on how to add and remove the actions on
    the single property page.

remove_action( 'ere_single_property_summary', 'single_property_contact_agent', 55 );

    I placed this is my child theme function.php page it’s having no effect.
