Add Rating / Criteria not responding

Hello,

I am managing a 4.3.1 multisite. (http://blogit.omnia.fi/vimmaistaviestintaa/)

The rating plugin is working except when the posts are viewed by tag (http://blogit.omnia.fi/vimmaistaviestintaa/tag/aluekehitys/)

I think that it is related to this: I cannot find the thumbs for the Blog Posts tab. (see screenshot here: http://imgur.com/D1WcUBK).

When I click the Add Rating / Criteria text, nothing happens. How can I get the thumbs back?
